About these Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of Greenwich Invest, operated by Greenwich Capital Markets Limited (GCML), including account registration and applications for investments made available through the portal.
By creating an account or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and agree to the version presented to you. Offer-specific documents form part of the terms for that investment and prevail if there is a conflict.
Eligibility, verification and security
You must have legal capacity, provide accurate information, satisfy offer eligibility requirements and complete required identification and verification. Keep credentials and authentication codes secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access or fraud.
Offers, risks and applications
Capital-market investments involve risk, including possible loss of capital. Portal information is general information and is not personal investment, legal or tax advice. Read every applicable prospectus, information memorandum, circular, pricing supplement and risk disclosure before applying.
Submitting an application confirms that the information supplied is accurate, the funds are from lawful sources and you have reviewed the identified offer documents. Applications may be accepted, rejected or allotted in full or in part under the offer terms.
Payments and electronic records
Use only payment instructions shown in the authenticated portal or confirmed through an official GCML channel. A debit alert or uploaded receipt does not by itself prove settlement. Electronic confirmations, accepted document versions, timestamps, communications and transaction records may be retained as evidence.
Privacy and acceptable use
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Notice. You must not use the portal unlawfully, impersonate another person, bypass controls, submit false material, introduce malicious code or misuse another person's data.
Availability and changes
Service may be affected by maintenance, provider outages or events beyond reasonable control. GCML may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
